HR Assistant / encoder, manila in Mandaluyong City, National Capital Region

To assist in all clerical and administrative operation and activities (general documentation, faxes, photocopying and other necessary paperwork)
Answer all incoming calls and handle callers inquiries whenever possible.
Files all correspondence
To assist the other staffs as requested
Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of any 2/4 year course
Male/Female, preferably 18-30 years old
Good communication skills(verbal/written)
Must be knowledgeable and proficient in MS Office applications.
Full time position are available
Computer literate
With pleasing personality
Can work under minimum supervision
