Duties and Responsibilities; - To assist in all clerical and administrative operation and activities (general documentation,photocopying and other necessary paperwork) - Answer all incoming calls and handle callers inquiries whenever possible. - Files all correspondence - To assist the other Office staffs as requested QUALIFICATIONS: - Graduate of any-year course (Vocational/ Short Course or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field) - Female - Must have strong personality and can work well with different people in the organization - Computer Literate - Willing to work in NCR - Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Excel applications and formula - Must be hard working, honest and responsible - Dynamic, optimistic, flexible - Can work under pressure - Full-time positions are available Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
