Duties and Responsibilities
-> To assist in all clerical and administrative operation and activities
(general documentation,photocopying and other necessary paperwork)
-> Answer all incoming calls and handle callers inquiries whenever possible.
-> Files all correspondence
-> To assist the other Office staffs as requested
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Graduate of any-year course (Vocational/ Short Course or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field)
* Male or Female - Must have strong personality and can work well with different people in the organization
* Computer Literate - Willing to work in NCR
* Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Excel applications and formula
* Must be hard working, honest and responsible
* Dynamic, optimistic, flexible
* Can work under pressure
