HIRING: BUSINESS ANALYST-ANALYTICS FOR MAKATI CITY SITE (READ FROM TOP TO BOTTOM)
Note: If candidate passed the phone interview he/she will be invited for a face to face interview directly to the client’s office.
SALARY OFFER/RANGE:40,000-50,000
WORK SHIFT: DAY SHIFT
NATURE OF COMPANY: BPO
Key Responsibilities:
Provide subject matter expertise within Navitaire on Analytics
Represent the Product Management Team on multiple customer implementation project teams
Identify new product opportunities
Perform business and systems analysis for product initiatives
Document and clarify business requirements and produce detailed use cases for development efforts
Perform product validation testing of new functionality
Assist with the creation and update of published customer documentation
Support sales pursuits involving existing and new customers
Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must be a degree holder.
2 years experience in Business, Analytics or Systems analysis or similar role.
2 years experience with implementation or support of airline revenue management products
Ability to work 1 on 1 with customers on-site and off-site
Ability to assist in envisioning, designing and drafting of products
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills
Proven discipline to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Flexible work schedule, willing to travel
