Job Description:
• MONITOR MERCHANDISER’S DEPLOYMENT – Ensures 100% deployment of merchandisers daily and replacements when needed within forty-eight (48) hours.
• OUTLET COVERAGE – Cover minimum of six (6) to eight (8) outlets per day.
• COVERAGE PLAN EXECUTION – 100% implementation of daily coverage plan. There should be no deviations. Any deviation should have prior approval from the Project Head.
• MERCHANDISER TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT– Conducts monthly refresher training of the merchandisers and quarterly performance evaluation of merchandisers.
• REPORTS & ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS - Ensure 100% submission of required reports such as: Inventory Reports, Daily Activity Reports, Weekly Update Reports, Monthly deployment plans, Monthly Coverage plans, and Monthly Canvass Meeting Reports, DTRs, Expense Reports, among others. Validate and audit DTRssubmitted by the merchandisers under your supervision.
• FEFO IMPLEMENTATION - Monitor and ensure freshness of products displayed in the outlets and reports expiring products three(3) months before expiration.
• RETAIL PERFORMANCE STANDARD EXECUTION – Secure no less than 90% of RPS objective in all of your outlets under your supervision.
• CUSTOMER SERVICING - Attends to customer complaints on the products, and coordinates with proper authorities.
• Adhere and abide by company rules and regulations at all times.
Qualifications:
• 4 year college graduate of any courses• At least 25-35 years of age
• Possess good oral and written communication skills
• Knowledgeable in basic MS Word, Excel, and Power point
• With people handling skills, presentation skills
• honest and dependable
