Job: Field Operations Manager, Mandaluyong City|Shaw Boulevard in Mandaluyong City, National Capital Region

Job Description:
• Plan, lead, organize and control the various activities involving in-store advertising, promotions activations and merchandising projects.
• Ensure the smooth implementation and execution of the above mentioned projects to the satisfaction of our company’s clients.
• Provide assistance to the SBU Head(s) in planning and monitoring the deployment of merchandising personnel, as well as processing corresponding reports thereto.
• Conduct specialized training of promotions personnel and coordinators in order to improve operational efficiencies and effectiveness.• Coordinate, monitor and control the activities of third party service providers and manpower involved in brand activation / event projects leading to the achievement of business objectives and total client satisfaction.
• Develop and introduce process improvements to further enhance the delivery of services to clients in order to meet and exceed their expectations.
• Prepares post-evaluation and pertinent reports as needed by clients.
• Develop new promotional concepts and programs that may be offered to clients.
• Undertake any special projects that may be assigned from timeto time.
Qualifications:
• Must have an experience in handling a FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) company and with pleasing personality
• 4 years college graduate of any courses
• Preferably with at least 2 years experience on the field of Merchandising.
