JOB DESCRIPTION
• Deliver prompt and professional solutions for customer inquires via phone, email, online
chat etc.
• Direct or route customer calls to appropriate personnel for assistance.
• Handle dissatisfied customers in a polite and professional fashion.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
1. FILIPINO - 18 years and above (no age limit)
2. At least High School Graduate
3. Amenable to shifting schedule - including NIGHTSHIFT
4. Average to Advanced written and spoken English
5. Average to Advanced knowledge in computer applications
6. Ability to work in a high pressure and deadline-oriented environment
7. With or without experience is OK
