HR Officer in Mandaluyong City, National Capital Region

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-manage recruitment and selection of staff
-Monitors personnel’s employment status
-Handle 201 file
-Administer employee discipline process
procedures.
-Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures
-Prepare employees payroll (Timekeeping) and government report such as SSS, Phil health, HDMF.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Female, Between 23 to 35 years old.
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor & College Degree any. Field
-With at least 1-2 year experience
-With Good Communication Skills
