HIRING: PAYROLL MANAGER FOR MANDALUYONG CITY(READ FROM TOP TO BOTTOM)
Note: If candidate passed the phone interview he/she will be invited for a face to face interview directly to the client’s office.
SALARY OFFER/RANGE: Php 100,000
WORK SHIFT: ROTATING SHIFT
NATURE OF COMPANY: BPO
Qualifications:
·JD- Manage the team’s day-to-day operations in accordance to SLAs/KPIs set. Reviews, checks and approves all regular payroll process cycle (end to end), payroll journal entries, payments and accruals, training allowances, final pays of resigned employees, GCP, retirement accounting, maternity pay, remittances and reconciliation of withholding taxes/statutory, ORIX, Global Equity Shares, etc.
·Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or any related course
·Must have at least 8 year(s) of experience in Payroll Operations
·With work experience in Shared Services or service oriented organization
·Knowledgeable in SAP
