JOB DETAILS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.
Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
Substantiates applicants' skills by administering and scoring tests.
Schedules examinations by coordinating appointments.
Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
Makes photocopies, faxes documents and performs other clerical functions.
Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
.Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies.
Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
Education BAckground :
-2 years,4 years Graduate College of any Course or you are TESDA/Vocational graduate.
-High School Graduate,but willing to work with our office based.
Fresh graduate is welcome for us.
Qualification: 18 years Old above.Single or Marriage.
Place of the office: Mandaluyong near at Robinson Mall office based .
Requirements: NSO,Valid Id's,NBI Brgy. Clearance /Police Clearance /College Diploma /Transcript of Records /Certificate of Employment
