We are looking for an Admin Assistant / Secretary to join our real estate company.
Office is located in Mandaluyong.
This is a great opportunity for you to grow with the company.
Some of your duties will be:
Basic office work
Filing
Answer phones
Respond to emails
Setup meetings for the Brokers.
Here are some of the qualities that we are looking for:
Must have at least 2 years of College
Must have Real Estate knowledge.
Must be computer literate.
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Must have good communication skills & strong work ethics
Able to multi-task
